The Computer Services Associate at USC Viterbi provides frontline technology support for faculty, students, staff, and administrative users across USC campus environments. The position assists users with computer hardware, software, workstations, network printers, multifunction devices, user accounts, and basic network or connectivity issues.

This onsite role reports to the Manager, Technical Support Services.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT/related field.
• 1 year of computer-support experience.
• Familiarity with operating systems.
• Knowledge of networks and security concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite, remote, and telephone support to users.
• Document requests and resolutions in designated systems.
• Escalate complex issues to senior teams.
• Assist with device setup and maintenance.
• Support training and create knowledge articles.
• Coordinate service with other teams.
