Job summary

CBRE seeks a Senior Campus Experience Manager to own the on-site tenant experience for large NY assets. You will drive community programs, amenity operations, events, and building communications, serving as the single point of accountability for how the space feels daily.

You’ll coach a team, coordinate with vendors, and plan ahead on programming and budgets, delivering a hospitality-driven, measurable performance culture.

Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years in hospitality, property, or tenant experience management.
• Run building programs, hotel operations, or high-touch venues with service culture.
• Budget and P&L fluency; report outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
• Direct and develop a team; set goals, give feedback, and manage performance.
• Coordinate across vendors and stakeholders to maintain service standards.
• Comfort with event planning tools; Tripleseat experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own on-site tenant experience and general management for large assets in NY.
• Oversee amenity operations, budgets, and inventory to ensure top service.
• Lead meeting and events sales, client tours, and experiential programming.
• Manage third-party vendors; align on service levels and events.
• Develop people; set goals, provide feedback, and foster team growth.
• Shape hospitality standards across all building operations and communications.
• Support marketing and leasing teams with on-brand collateral and tours.
• Deploy tenant sentiment surveys and act on feedback to improve NPS.
