Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Community Manager to design and oversee tenant programming across properties. You will lead a team to deliver engaging events, develop communications, and drive tenant engagement that strengthens the sense of community within the building.

You will manage calendars, budgets, vendors, and reporting, ensuring programs align with the company’s hospitality standards and brand voice. Location is on-site in New York, NY.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in community programming, hospitality, or tenant engagement.
• Experience leading at least one direct report.
• Strong written and verbal communications for brand-aligned calendars and newsletters.
• Ability to design and execute quarterly and event-level programming.
• Proven ability to build personal tenant relationships and trust.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach to multi-program management.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the full tenant programming experience, from annual calendar to day-of execution.
• Lead a team to deliver engaging events and building communications.
• Manage budgeting, vendor coordination, onsite execution, and reporting for events.
• Update the tenant app, signage, and building newsletter to reflect brand voice.
• Own the tenant experience app, content, audience management, and adoption strategy.
