Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Workplace Experience Development Program Manager to lead the training and standards for a high-visibility NYC client site. You will adapt centrally designed resources to fit the building and client, then roll out training, coaching managers, and guiding day-to-day operations with a focus on consistent hospitality standards.

You will drive the program across back-of-house and guest-facing teams, align with site leads, and ensure that the training sticks and yields measurable

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospitality or workplace operations leadership with direct team management.
• Experience with training or standards programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and development program for the site and rollout.
• Coach managers and conduct performance conversations.
• Ensure the building feels consistent with standards across all roles.
• Manage training calendar and coordinate with site lead and operational leads.
