Role Description

The Licensed Community Association Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Boynton Beach, FL, responsible for the day-to-day management of the association’s operations. The manager prepares and manages budgets, supports accounting processes, and provides regular reports to the board of directors. Daily work includes responding to resident inquiries, facilitating board and committee meetings, implementing board decisions, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The role also involves monitoring community standards, addressing violations, supporting insurance and risk management activities, and promoting positive resident relations.
