Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping using Microsoft Office tools and customer management systems.
• Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting, and account management to enhance their experience.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and clear communication skills throughout every interaction.
• Collaborate with team members to meet call center performance goals and improve overall service quality.
