Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail or Flagship location professionals to provide year-round tax expertise and personalized service for individual and business clients in on-site stores across the United States.

You will own client relationships, deliver tax strategy and preparation, and collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists to ensure seamless service and ongoing support to grow your local TurboTax client base.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience.
• Minimum 3 tax seasons with 30 returns per year.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and QuickBooks ProAdvisor interest is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients, including complex scenarios.
• Identify deductions, plan future taxes, and conduct tax reviews using government resources and team expertise.
• Build and maintain client relationships as the primary owner of their tax needs.
• Promote additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll to expand client engagement.
