Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Retail or Flagship-based Business Tax Experts to serve in-person clients and provide comprehensive tax preparation and advisory services. You will own client relationships, deliver tax strategy, and coordinate with a support team to ensure a seamless experience.

You will grow the local client base, promote the full Intuit ecosystem, and represent TurboTax in the community, while working primarily onsite at a TurboTax store in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 tax seasons of personal tax preparation experience in a retail setting.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state business tax returns (e.g., 1065, 1120-S).
• Comfortable working onsite in a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and grow a local client base.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Perform tax planning, deductions optimization, and amendments as needed.
• Serve as primary relationship owner, delivering tax strategy and services.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping/payroll specialists as appropriate to client needs.
• Promote Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) to clients.
