Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round Business Tax Experts for TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, act as the primary point of contact, and deliver tailored tax strategy and software support.

You will collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and other specialists while growing the local TurboTax client base and representing the brand in the community.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience with knowledge of federal and state returns.
• Experience serving consumers and businesses in TurboTax environment.
• Ability to provide proactive tax planning and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial picture to offer holistic services.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships as the dedicated Expert.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist via in-person and digital channels.
• Act as a local community ambassador and drive client growth.
• Participate in local marketing and cross-sell related Intuit services.
• Wear TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
