Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation for consumers and business entities while building lasting client relationships.

You will also collaborate with bookkeeping specialists and use Intuit tools to deliver personalized tax strategies, planning, and support. The role emphasizes local community engagement and customer-centric service.

Qualifications

• 3+ seasons of personal tax preparation (min. 30 returns per year).
• 3+ years of business tax preparation for多20 clients per season.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete tax preparation for consumers and business clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base and build local community presence.
• Deliver proactive tax guidance and year-round advisory services.
• Maintain central relationship with clients across related services (bookkeeping, payroll).
• Represent TurboTax in local marketing and events.
