Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations.

You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, advise clients, and own the client relationship in collaboration with bookkeeping and payroll specialists. This role emphasizes community engagement and building long-term client portfolios while leveraging Intuit resources.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws (federal/state) for small businesses.
• Personal tax prep experience and ability to file W-2s; retail setting experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with bookkeeping and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients (1065/1120-S).
• Own the client relationship and deliver tax strategy and preparation services.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing support.
