Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience with 3+ years for 20+ clients/season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax prep experience (30+ returns/year) in retail or practice.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and willingness to upskill in QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience advising on business tax returns and year‑round planning.
• Ability to obtain state licenses/certifications as needed.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and comfort working onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete tax prep for consumer and business clients.
• Own the client relationship and deliver tax strategy and preparation services.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll specialists as needed for complete service.
• Grow TurboTax client base and represent the brand in local community.
• Ensure a best‑in‑class customer experience with clear, proactive communication.
