Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking Tax Experts to provide full-service tax preparation and advisory support at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will own client relationships, deliver tax planning, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services.

This role emphasizes in-person service, community engagement, and growth of local TurboTax client base, with opportunities to leverage marketing support and product tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 seasons of personal tax preparation, with a minimum of 30 returns per tax year.
• Strong business tax preparation experience with knowledge of federal and state returns (e.g., 1065/1120-S).
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax consumer and business clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and community engagement with marketing support.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists as needed while owning the client relationship for year‑round support.
