Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail or Flagship location experts to provide tax preparation and advisory services for individuals and small businesses. You’ll own client relationships, deliver proactive tax guidance, and support cross-sell of bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

You will work onsite at a TurboTax store, engaging with local communities and prospects to build a thriving practice while offering personalized, compliant tax solutions using Intuit tools and marketing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent business tax returns for multiple clients.
• Experience with personal tax prep and business taxes (S corps/partnerships).
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and QuickBooks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for consumer and business clients.
• Grow client base and cross-sell Intuit services within the community.
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure ongoing support.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences in a retail/tour retail setting.
