Job summary

Intuit is seeking skilled TurboTax Retail Experts to provide on-site tax preparation for consumer and business clients at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the U.S. You will own client relationships, deliver tax strategy, and guide clients through tax planning and software tools while collaborating with bookkeeping support as needed.

You will grow the local client base, participate in marketing efforts, and represent TurboTax in the community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal/state business tax returns experience (1065/1120-S) for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax prep with 30+ returns per year.
• General bookkeeping knowledge; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience with business tax returns and year-round guidance preferred.
• Must obtain/state licenses, certificates or bonds where required.
• Circular 230 familiarity.
• Onsite 20+ hours/week; Saturdays included.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform; front-facing retail role.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients (consumer and business).
• Deliver tax planning guidance and deductions optimization; use government sites and team knowledge.
• Develop deep understanding of clients’ finances and offer full Intuit ecosystem solutions.
• Build long-term relationships and contribute to local community outreach.
• Create accessible tax-related content and participate in local marketing efforts.
