Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent business tax returns experience for many clients (1065/1120-S).
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation with ~30 returns per year.
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge; willing to upskill in QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for consumer and business clients.
• Assist with planning, deductions, and tax reviews using available tools.
• Build and maintain ongoing client relationships as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping/payroll specialists when needed to support clients.
• Participate in local marketing to grow TurboTax client base.
