Job summary

Intuit seeks a motivated TurboTax Retail Expert to deliver full-service tax preparation for consumer and business clients at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will own client relationships, provide tax strategy, and collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists to offer comprehensive solutions.

You’ll grow the local client base, participate in community outreach, and represent TurboTax in marketing efforts, while wearing the TurboTax uniform and working

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business tax preparation experience for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with 30 returns per year.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping; QuickBooks ProAdvisor is a plus.
• Experience with Business Tax returns for small businesses.
• State licenses or ability to obtain licenses

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax consumer and business clients.
• Develop relationships and cross-sell Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build your local client portfolio and community presence through events and outreach.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit communication tools.
• Be a proactive community ambassador and lead local marketing and outreach efforts
