DataPerk is seeking a detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to keep the Birmingham office running smoothly. The role partners with sales and technical teams to develop accurate client quotes and proposals, while ensuring professional client interactions and organized office operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business Administration or Communications required.
• Proven 3+ years of administrative work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, manage calls, route requests to the right team.
• Create and maintain client quotes and proposals.
• Coordinate meetings, events, mail, and office supply purchases.
• Maintain accurate records in ticketing and company systems.
• Support accounting with processing checks and inventory tracking.
