Job summary

DataPerk is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate IT projects in Birmingham, Alabama. The role requires strong IT knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans for clients and teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of project management experience, a solid IT foundation in infrastructure, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity, and must work in our Birmingham office full-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or Computer Information Systems.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing client-facing technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
• Lead project planning sessions with engineers, sales, clients, and stakeholders.
• Review estimates, labor requirements, sequencing, and dependencies.
