Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries related to testing transactions.
• Identify and interpret steps to resolve customer needs.
• Review and evaluate client drug and alcohol program files using critical thinking.
• Track and correct errors to withstand a federal audit.
• Generate reports for employer files and provide aggregate data for annual review.
• Contact employers, clinicians, laboratories, or employees to secure documentation.
• Enter data and ensure accurate action coding.
