Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure. The role requires aggressive prospecting, negotiation, and effective client relations across a global client base.

The position involves frequent travel to client sites and team onsite meetings, with responsibilities spanning pricing, scope of service, and post-sale implementation oversight.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years sales experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Maintain ownership of the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Travel domestically to client sites and team onsite meetings.
• Prepare concise executive summaries for client presentations.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
