Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a dynamic Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking and channel partners. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through implementation, negotiate pricing and service scope, and finalize client agreements while maintaining a robust pipeline and meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

The role requires frequent domestic travel to client sites, webinars, and industry events.

Qualifications

• Proactive, highly motivated, and goal-driven with strong prospecting and closing skills.
• Ability to drive revenue growth and consistently meet sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices across cycles.
