Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions, a global HR technology and services company, is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities within a designated territory. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, negotiate terms, and manage post-sale implementation.

The role requires proactive lead generation, strong negotiation, and excellent communication. You will travel domestically to meet clients, deliver executive summaries, and train colleagues as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; two years' sales experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Expand knowledge of industry trends, products, and broker practices.
• Conduct analysis and implement solutions tailored to client needs.
• Manage the sales pipeline and forecast; achieve sales quotas.
• Prepare executive summaries for client presentations.
• Maintain accurate new business paperwork and weekly activity reports.
• Travel domestically for client meetings and events.
