Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is hiring a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking and channel partners. You will own the full sales cycle, negotiate pricing, and finalize client service agreements.

The role requires proactive prospecting, strategic planning, and regular travel to client sites. You will work in a fast-paced environment supporting a wide range of HR technology and BPO solutions.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required for client travel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Conduct thorough prospecting to access key decision makers.
• Maintain ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Negotiate pricing and scope of services with prospective clients.
• Manage and submit accurate new business paperwork and weekly activity reports.
• Frequent domestic travel to client sites, conferences, and events.
