United Global Technologies is seeking a senior Business Analyst to lead the discovery and analysis for the Documentation Recovery initiative in Spartanburg County. This full-time, 12-month contract role requires coordinating with IT leadership and subject-matter experts to inventory documents, map current-state processes, and identify gaps for standardization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business analysis experience in complex IT environments.
• Strong elicitation, interviewing, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops with IT teams and stakeholders.
• Inventory documentation across technical, operational, security, and recovery domains.
• Document current-state processes, workflows, and dependencies with Visio.
• Create process maps, data flows, inventories, and matrices.
• Prioritize requirements for SOPs, runbooks, and system documentation.
• Collaborate with Technical Writer to convert SME knowledge into structured material.
