Job summary

Innosoft Corporation is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to lead discovery and analysis for the Documentation Recovery initiative in Spartanburg, SC. You will inventory documentation, interview SMEs, and map current-state processes, aligning with IT and County stakeholders to enable governance and disaster recovery.

You will create artifacts with Visio and Microsoft 365, identify gaps, and drive requirements for SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles, collaborating closely with a Technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of demonstrated business analysis experience in IT environments.
• Strong requirements elicitation, stakeholder interviews, and workshops skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools and Visio for documentation and diagrams.
• Experience with SharePoint for documentation repositories and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops with IT teams and stakeholders.
• Inventory and analyze documentation across technical and business domains.
• Document current-state processes, dependencies, and risks.
• Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and data inventories using Visio and 365.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for standardization and governance.
• Gather, validate, and prioritize requirements for SOPs, runbooks, and docs.
• Translate SME knowledge into structured source material with Technical Writer.
• Coordinate reviews to ensure accuracy with County operations.
• Maintain backlog, status, priorities, and ownership for docs.
• Support standards, templates, governance, and repository organization.
