Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an Intern for our Branch Operations program. Interns gain hands-on experience in branch functions, sales and customer service, compliance training, loan processes, and leadership development.

This 100% onsite role offers an accelerated path toward full-time opportunities post-graduation and a competitive hourly rate of $15.00. You will learn through hands-on tasks, shadow leadership, and participate in process-improvement projects across departments, while

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Requires willingness to obtain insurance licensing eligibility where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Learn the daily functions and operations of a branch and broader organization.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding workflows.
• Attend regional meetings and expand knowledge of Branch Operations.
• Engage in one or more branch operations process improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valuable and learn about available benefits.
