Job summary

Republic Finance is hiring Branch Operations Interns for a 100% onsite program. You will learn daily branch operations, sales and customer service approaches, regulatory training, and career paths across the company.

Participants will gain hands-on experience in loan origination, processing, closings, and funding while engaging with leaders to explore future opportunities. The program aims to place high-potential interns in full-time roles after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work 18–20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Become licensed and go through an accelerated version of the Assistant Branch Manager Program to learn the loan process and regulatory training.
• Assist in daily production of loan origination, processing, closings and funding including allocating files for doc prep; auditing closed files; prep files ready to fund.
• Spend time with your Manager and Regional VP learning responsibilities at their levels to understand promotional paths.
• Attend regional meetings or workshops to gain exposure to the larger Branch Operations division.
