Republic Finance, LLC in Gallatin, TN, offers an on-site Branch Operations Internship for current college juniors and seniors pursuing Finance or Business. You will learn loan processes, branch operations, regulatory training, and potential career paths while supporting daily workflows.

The program aims to convert top interns to full-time roles after graduation, with a starting hourly wage of $15. You will have opportunities to interact with leaders, attend regional meetings, and participate in

Qualificações

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing (state background check).

Responsabilidades

• Become licensed and complete accelerated Assistant Branch Manager program modules.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding activities.
• Learn responsibilities at various management levels to understand promotional paths.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Contribute to branch operations process-improvement projects.
• Gain exposure to corporate roles where branch experience is valued (Audit, Compliance, Training, Recruiting).
