Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle accounting duties including AP, payroll, payment prep, filing and records.
• Tax reporting and investment statement reconciliation
• Quarterly trustee reporting
• Set up new vendors in database and manage updates
• Onboarding new employees
• Provide support to 8-10 tenants in company-owned building.
