• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle AP, payroll, payment prep, filing and record keeping.
• Tax reporting and investment statement reconciliation.
• Quarterly trustee reporting.
• Set up new vendors in database and manage updates.
• Onboarding new employees.
• Provide support to 8-10 tenants in company-owned building.
