Job summary

The position requires a BS/BA and 10+ years in project management, including GxP operations and biomanufacturing experience, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a BS/BA degree.
• 10+ years of total experience including at least 4 years in project management.
• 4 years GxP operations (MSAT, Manufacturing, or Engineering).
• 2 years biomanufacturing experience.
• 2 years in supervisory role with direct reports.
• Experience in Tech Transfer, NPI, Ops Readiness.
• CapEx experience and budget development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, track, and ensure proper management of all major projects within the facility.
• Provide direct PM leadership or assistance for specific projects as required.
• Collaborate with OpEx and site leaders in Project Portfolio Governance.
• Improve PM capability through coaching, training, and standardization of best practices.
