Job summary

Zohorecruit in Durham, NC seeks a Master Scheduler/Project Scheduler to lead the site startup Master Integrated Schedule across all workstreams using Monday.com and Primavera P6. This long-term contract role requires deep CPM expertise and GMP startup knowledge.

You will coordinate schedule integration, perform weekly variance analyses, model capacity constraints, and support QA/CQV activities and HA inspections. 8+ years in biotech/pharma scheduling and a relevant degree are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of scheduler experience in large biotech/pharma site activation.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, or construction management.
• PMI-SP or Primavera certification preferred.
• Proficient with Monday.com, Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP, and MES.
• Deep CPM analytical skills and cGMP startup knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the site startup Master Integrated Schedule.
• Integrate schedules across workstreams and establish critical paths.
• Perform weekly CPM analyses and variance tracking.
• Model capacity constraints and resource leveling.
• Coordinate with QA/CQV, HA inspections, and commissioning runs.
