Actalent in Gastonia, NC is seeking a BIM Modeler to support design through construction with accurate, coordinated BIM models. You will utilize Revit, coordinate with Navisworks for clash detection, and collaborate across engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure construction readiness.

Opportunity to grow into BIM Coordination, VDC, or Digital Delivery roles while working on industrial, manufacturing, and commercial facilities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit.
• BIM Modeling experience or strong Revit-based design experience.
• Familiarity with Navisworks and model coordination workflows.
• Understanding of construction documents and design coordination principles.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and expand technical capabilities.
• Interest in growing into BIM Coordination, VDC, or Digital Delivery roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create highly detailed and accurate models using Autodesk Revit.
• Perform clash detection and model reviews using Navisworks.
• Coordinate models across multiple disciplines to improve project efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, designers, and project teams to resolve design and coordination challenges.
• Support BIM standards, quality control processes, and project documentation requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, model quality, and project delivery efficiency.
• Contribute to innovative, technology-driven solutions that enhance collaboration and project outcomes.
