Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 months of work experience in payroll/billing or related field.
• Strong Excel and Word skills; familiarity with payroll systems.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information securely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry for weekly payroll processing for assigned sites.
• Process invoices for resort locations for billing.
• Research payroll and billing discrepancies.
• Maintain payroll records per retention policy.
• Compile and maintain payroll reports and statistics.
• Post hours from time cards and time sheets.
• Update and troubleshoot payroll and billing software as needed.
• Monitor payroll process and report emerging issues to management.
• Perform payroll reviews and respond to inquiries from employees and management.
