Enterprise Solutions in Nashville, TN is seeking a detail-driven Project Accountant to support client billing, accounts payable, job costing, and Excel-based reporting. The role requires strong Excel skills and a willingness to learn Power BI for dashboards.

In this full-time position, you will work under the VP of Finance to ensure accurate, timely project financials and clean data across workflows, with opportunities for growth in a collaborative contracting environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting or finance experience (project accounting preferred).
• Strong Excel skills (daily use).
• Experience with Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer billings (cost-plus, fixed fee, etc.).
• Maintain schedules of values (SOVs) and supporting documentation.
• Assist with project closeout financial tasks and final billing support.
• Match invoices to POs and receivers; verify costs coded correctly and job costing accuracy.
• Support vendor setup and lien releases to facilitate timely payments.
• Assist with invoice/payment issues with professionalism and follow-through.
• Create Excel-based reports and basic dashboards; Power BI a plus.
