Job summary

Meduit seeks an Operations Support Representative to join our team in Waco, TX onsite. You will support the Client Services group by processing time-sensitive documents, maintaining accurate account information, and meeting deadlines. The role requires attention to detail and strong communication.

Schedule is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with compensation ranging from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour. Prior experience with FACS in healthcare revenue cycle is required, with preferred exposure to Epic or Meditech

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience using FACS in healthcare revenue cycle/ar, or collections.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Services by meeting deadlines and delivering required work.
• Coordinate, review, and process consumer requests and itemized bills for accuracy.
• Post payments and adjustments; review statements from clients.
• Verify insurance eligibility and handle confidential information.
• Prepare clear summaries for Client Services leadership.
