Fox Valley Medical Associates in Batavia, IL is hiring a Full-Time Patient Services Representative to greet patients, check them in, answer calls with empathy, and support scheduling and insurance verification for a seamless patient experience.

You'll work Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays, 32-40 hours weekly, onsite. Spanish fluency, EMR proficiency, HIPAA compliance, and strong customer service and multitasking skills are essential for success in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and able to communicate with diverse patient populations.
• Experience using EMR systems to manage patient records and information.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy standards.
• Familiarity with medical terminology for effective communication with staff and patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and check them in accurately.
• Handle phone inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating with medical staff.
• Verify patient information and manage insurance documentation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support billing/collections as needed.
