Job summary

Elevate Patient Financial Solutions is hiring a Hospital Based Bilingual Patient Advocate in Denison, TX. The role is onsite at a hospital with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, focused on guiding uninsured patients through financial assistance programs in Spanish and English.

You will meet patients at bedside, determine eligibility, assist with applications, and coordinate with hospital staff to ensure timely processing while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish to assist diverse patients.
• Experience guiding uninsured patients through government programs a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Screen uninsured hospital patients at bedside to assess eligibility for federal, state, and local programs.
• Complete applications and follow through until approved or denied.
• Document cases accurately in MPower and hospital systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Maintain an organized work queue and collaborate with hospital staff.
