Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience with benefits focus.
• Knowledge of federal/state employment laws and benefits regulations.
• Experience with HRIS systems and benefits platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and service orientation.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• PHR/SHRM-CP/CEBS or related certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement).
• Serve as primary contact for benefits inquiries and enrollment support.
• Coordinate open enrollment, changes, and vendor communications.
• Maintain HRIS records and data accuracy.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
• Assist with employee relations, policy administration, and compliance.
• Manage leave of absence programs (FMLA and other).
• Support recruitment, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Prepare HR reports, audits, and compliance documentation.
• Partner with leadership on HR projects and engagement initiatives.
