Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license to travel to client sites.
• Proven relationship-building experiences and professional communication skills.
• Self-directed work ethic to represent the company on-site with limited supervision.
• Professional work experience demonstrating self-motivation and results.

Responsibilities

• Engage with UNC Health leaders, providing support and building client relationships at the client location.
• Provide SME-certified-license knowledge in HR/Benefit meetings and presentations for managers to address employee concerns.
• Develop outreach strategy for total rewards initiatives and client projects.
• Counsel employees on core and voluntary benefit options, on-site or remote as needed.
• Input enrollment decisions accurately and comply with life and health licensure regulations.
