Job summary

Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC seeks a Counselor & Program Coordinator to support a community-based behavioral health program through a blended role combining structured client group services with program coordination, documentation, records management, scheduling, communication, and administrative support.

The successful candidate will facilitate approved behavioral health, recovery, psychoeducational, wellness, coping-skills, life-skills, or similar groups while helping maintain

Qualifications

• Current Maryland behavioral health credential in good standing appropriate to the assigned services.
• Education and supervised experience required for the credential and responsibilities.
• Ability to facilitate groups and document services professionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and facilitate structured client groups within scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, attendance, and program records.
• Coordinate schedules, rosters, and communications for the program.
