Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is hiring Production Operators to work onsite at a Battery Manufacturing plant in San Jose, CA. The role supports solid-state battery development and requires handling sensitive parts, using microscopes, and strict SOP adherence.

Day Shift 6:30AM–3:00PM, Monday through Friday, with long-term opportunities. Candidates should have at least 1 year in a laboratory, R&D, or process manufacturing environment and be comfortable in a dry room or glovebox with lifting up to 25

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of hands-on lab/R&D or process manufacturing experience.
• Experience in clean rooms, medical or semiconductor environments preferred.
• Willingness to lift up to 15–25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Cell fabrication and testing: build coin/pouch solid-state cells following SOPs.
• Support experiments with engineers and scientists on materials processing and metrology.
• Record data, manage inventory, and report anomalies using MS Office or internal tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe lab and ensure equipment readiness.
