• Physical & Environmental: Ability to work in a dry room, fume hood, or glovebox requiring fine motor skills and lifting up to 15–25 lbs.
• Soft Skills: Detail‑oriented, team‑focused, and able to communicate observations clearly.

Highly Desired Qualifications

• Experience in the battery industry or hi‑tech device assembly preferred but not a must.
• Knowledge of failure analysis, ceramic coatings, or microscope‑scale product a great plus.
