The role requires an Associate's degree and 2+ years in a technical lab or precision manufacturing. You will maintain safety practices, manage inventory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed test procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Working knowledge of safety practices, including chemical handling, PPE, and lab protocols.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in a technical lab or precision manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble key materials for R&D battery fabrication with high quality and throughput.
• Operate and support equipment such as sealers, cutters, presses, ultrasonic welders.
• Identify and communicate issues that may impact build quality or timelines.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with purchasing to prevent shortages.
• Set up test fixtures, run tests, and document configurations for traceability.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab spaces and equipment.
• Participate in cross-training across battery fabrication steps.
• Communicate across shifts and with cross-functional teams for alignment.
