Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is hiring Production Operators to work onsite at a Battery Manufacturing plant in San Jose, CA. The role supports solid-state battery development and requires handling sensitive parts, using microscopes, and strict SOP adherence.

Day Shift 6:30AM–3:00PM, Monday through Friday, with long-term opportunities. Candidates should have at least 1 year in a laboratory, R&D, or process manufacturing environment and be comfortable in a dry room or glovebox with lifting up to 25

• Record data, manage inventory, and report anomalies using MS Office or internal tools.
