Job summary

NextPath Workforce Solutions seeks a Customer First Center Advocate to join our client's team onsite in Hamilton, Ohio. This contract position offers hourly pay and the chance to work in a fast-paced banking services environment.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, social media or chat, identify sales opportunities, stay updated on products and policies, and resolve loan-related issues with accurate account research. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• 1+ year experience in a high call volume service center.
• Working knowledge of database software such as Jack Henry Silverlake.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries about bank products and services via phone, email, social media, or online chat.
• Recognize sales opportunities and refer clients to sales associates.
• Stay current on products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve customer issues related to loan products by researching accounts and using support resources.
• Perform customer account transactions and maintenance accurately.
• Strive for first contact resolution of inquiries, transactions, and issues.
• Escalate complex customer requests as directed by department leadership.
