Job summary

First Financial Bank in Ohio is seeking a Consumer Banker to service existing clients and prospect new ones, deepening relationships by booking business directly and referring to Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business Banking, and Treasury Management.

You will open accounts, handle teller duties, and support clients through calls, conversations, and follow-ups while meeting sales, service, and referral goals and maintaining compliance across channels.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years coaching/mentoring in a retail environment.
• 3–4 years sales and service experience with sales goals.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4–5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance.
• Run a Teller drawer as needed.
• Engage clients through calls, conversations, and follow-ups to deepen relationships.
• Partner with internal teams to provide solutions and ensure timely follow-up.
• Adhere to compliance and risk management standards across all activities.
