Job summary

Heritage Bank NW in Shoreline, WA is seeking a friendly Bank Teller to deliver exceptional customer service and handle routine financial transactions in a fully onsite role. The position is regular full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule, and the Shoreline Branch travels to support Snohomish and King counties as needed.

You will promote bank products, maintain a cash drawer within policy, and support branch sales initiatives. A high school diploma and cash handling experience are required.

Qualifications

• Level I requires 6 months of customer service experience.
• Level II requires 1 year of cash handling and customer service in financial services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with standard office equipment and quick learner of technology.
• Compliance with banking laws and internal policies.
• Strong written and oral English communication.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Perform routine paying/receiving duties and maintain cash drawer.
• Promote, explain, and refer bank products based on customer needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer requests and transactions.
• Follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in branch marketing and sales promotions.
• Assist with general branch administrative duties.
