Job summary

Heritage Bank in Sequim, WA, is seeking a Bank Teller to deliver exceptional customer service while handling routine financial transactions. This on-site, full-time role requires accuracy, cash handling, and product knowledge to support branch sales and compliance.

You'll work a Monday–Friday schedule, with a base salary per hour in two levels, and a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off and holidays. Experience in banking or customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months customer service experience (Level I)
• 1 year cash handling and customer service in financial services (Level II)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new technologies

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers and provides exceptional service.
• Performs routine paying/receiving duties and maintains an accurate cash drawer.
• Promotes bank products and services based on customer needs.
• Maintains confidentiality of customer requests and transactions.
• Complies with policies, procedures, security and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in branch marketing and sales promotions.
• Shares in branch administrative duties as required.
